Kevin Sinclair counsels private businesses, insurance companies, financial institutions, and entrepreneurs in times of crisis. His practice focuses on complex legal matters related to business, real estate, and insurance disputes. He has successfully represented his clients in hundreds of trial and appellate proceedings throughout the southwestern United States.

Kevin is licensed to practice before all state and federal courts in California and Nevada. “Super Lawyers” magazine has named him a “Rising Star” in Southern California for every year since 2013. In 2018, 2019, and 2020, Super Lawyers magazine also selected Kevin as one of the top-100 up-and-coming “Rising Stars” in Southern California.

Kevin grew up in Los Angeles. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC and his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY.
