Effie Binur

Chief Operating Officer

Effie Binur serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Sinclair Braun Kargher LLP, where she oversees the firm’s operational, financial, and administrative functions. She works closely with firm leadership to support strategic growth, enhance internal processes, and ensure the firm operates efficiently while maintaining a high level of client service.

Prior to joining Sinclair Braun Kargher, Effie spent nearly two decades at Capital Group, where she held management roles across finance and operations. Her experience included global fee consulting, financial analysis, and results analysis, providing her with deep expertise in data driven decision making, process optimization, and organizational management. She brings this background to her role overseeing firm operations, budgeting, billing practices, compliance, and internal systems.

Effie earned her B.Sc. in Management Science from the University of California, San Diego. She is known for her detail oriented, collaborative approach and is committed to supporting the firm’s attorneys and staff so they can focus on delivering outstanding legal results for clients.

Outside of work, Effie enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, attending countless youth sports games, and, of course, Excel.
