Shelly Mosallaei is an experienced litigator with a broad civil litigation background in both state and federal courts. She has developed a strong specialization in defending insurance companies and brings extensive knowledge across all phases of litigation, consistently working to protect her clients’ interests. In addition to insurance defense, she has successfully handled employment matters, as well as bankruptcy proceedings, probate and trust litigation, and estate planning matters, providing strategic and effective representation across a wide range of complex disputes.

Shelly is known for her tailored approach to litigation, taking the time to understand each client’s unique goals and delivering focused, result-driven advocacy. She zealously represents her clients to achieve the best possible outcomes, whether in contested litigation or proactive planning matters.

She is licensed to practice law in all state courts of California, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Central and Eastern Districts of California. She is also admitted to practice in Texas, New York, and Virginia. “Best Lawyers” has named her as “Ones to Watch” from 2022 through 2024, and she was nominated for the Santa Clarita Valley 40 Under Forty.

Shelly earned her Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School and her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Law from California State University, Northridge. During her undergraduate studies, she served as Vice President of Marketing for the Business Management Association of CSUN, demonstrating early leadership and professional initiative.

Outside of her legal practice, Shelly enjoys spending time with her family, hiking with her two dachshunds, learning new recipes, and attending country concerts.
