Patice A. Gore is an experienced civil litigator specializing in defending insurance companies in coverage disputes and first-party bad faith actions. With deep knowledge of all phases of litigation, from pleadings to trial, she strategically protects clients from liability through thorough legal analysis and tailored case strategies.

Beyond insurance law, Patice has successfully handled employment and wage-and-hour matters for private and public employers, achieving favorable results including multiple summary judgment victories. She also provides proactive legal counsel aligned with each client’s business goals.

Previously, Patice served as a third-party claim administrator for a national lawyers’ professional liability program and as assistant corporate counsel for an insurance company, managing regulatory, claims, and business issues. Earlier, she worked as a claims representative for a national insurer, handling auto, commercial vehicle, and motorcycle claims.

Patice frequently shares her insights with the legal community, authoring articles such as “Autonomously Arriving” for the Daily Journal and leading seminars on complex insurance litigation.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching documentaries, and caring for her two dogs.
