Adam Kargman

Adam Kargman is an experienced litigator with a broad civil litigation background in state and federal courts. Before joining Sinclair Braun, he was a partner at Isaacs | Friedberg LLP and an attorney at Boucher LLP. His work spans high-stakes, high-profile matters, including:

• Prosecuting a federal civil rights action against the City of Los Angeles and senior members of the City Attorney’s Office.
• Representing parents in a wrongful death suit against a Fortune 500 company.
• Advocating for survivors of childhood sexual assault across California.
• Defending a Grammy-winning producer in a concert contract and fraud case.
• Representing an NFL player in a fraud and RICO action against a national bank.

Adam has written for Los Angeles Lawyer Magazine and the Daily Journal, and contributed a chapter to Copyright Litigation Strategies (ABA).

He earned his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Arizona, graduating first in his undergraduate class and summa cum laude in both programs. In law school, he wrote an award-winning note for the Arizona Law Review, served on its editorial board, and was a semifinalist in the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition.

Adam also holds an LL.M. in Entertainment and Media Law from Southwestern Law School and is admitted to practice in California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Northern Districts of California.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his children and trail running in the Santa Monica Mountains.
